Toyota of Greenville, a subsidiary of Asbury Automotive Group, which is the 5^th largest automotive retailer in the country with over 85 stores and over 29 brands, is currently looking for an Assistant Used Car Sales Manager!

We are looking for a driven Assistant Sales Manager to join us in supporting our sales staff, and assist us in building and representing the brand.

We provide a highly competitive compensation plan that is based on experience and performance that includes a base, plus commission and bonus pay, along with the security of being a part of an award winning location and brand.

Job Responsibilities

• Work directly with our employees and customers to develop relationships and help bridge disconnects in the sales process
• **MUST be experienced in automotive internet sales**
• Build rapport with customers to build a base of referrals to establish customer network
• Provide training and support to the sales staff and assist in closing sales
• Help manage all other aspects of the sales department
• Purchase vehicles for the inventory from auction and off-lease returns
• Complete trade appraisals
• Desk Deals, track gross logs, and RDR cars

Job Qualifications

• Prior Sales Leadership – Dealership Experience Required
• Be Able to Create and Maintain Customer Relationships
• Handle high volume of business with professionalism
• Strong Computer Skills (Internet, MS Outlook, Auto-Exchange, CRM’s, ADP, Netlook)
• Must understand inventory control – 60 day turn policy
• Desk deals for sales professionals and take T.O.’s to maximize deal potential
• Deal with local and national vendors
