Butler Toyota Jacksonville is looking for the right individual to join our parts team. Butler Toyota parts team is a small operation that prides itself in helping each other grow each day. It is key for our continued growth to find the same like-minded individual that is self-motivated and has the previous experience needed to succeed. Parts Dept has grown 25% gross in the last year. Looking for another massive 2025 gross. Small team environment no crazy schedule or crazy complicated pay plans. Simple and straight forward for right motivated individual. 

• Full time Salary Position Available
• Schedule will include rotating Saturdays
• Primary role Retail Parts Counter
• Reynolds & Reynolds Experience & Toyota Dealership Experience Preferred
• Previous Amazon, eBay sales experience Preferred
• Job Requirements for the position of a Retail Parts Team Member are as follow

1. Keep Retail New – Continue each day to value the investment made in retail parts. Keep area clean, stocked, front and faced and report any damages right away.
2. Collecting Pre-Payment for all Special-Order Parts prior to the order being submitted.
3. Actively updating customers when special order parts arrive and/or are delayed.
4. Actively search Backorders Nationwide at least weekly.
5. Maintain a clean and organized workstation
6. Answer all phone calls with a professional and welcoming greeting.
7. Walk Retail – Walk retail area daily to avoid additional theft of items.
8. Daily stocking of Tires, batteries and additional incoming items
9. Daily shipping of items sold
