BrightStar Care is in search of an RN with experience in Tracheostomy and tube feeling care to serve a client in North Oaks, MN. This position will work 12-hour shifts (AM and NOC Available) with a dedicated client in their home.

Job Responsibilities:

Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for patients in accordance with professional standards.

Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to optimize patient care and outcomes.

Educate patients and their families on health maintenance and disease prevention.

Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with all regulatory guidelines.

Requirements:

Active RN license in the state of practice.

Previous experience in a home health or acute care setting.

Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.

Committed to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care.

Experience with Tracheostomies and Tube Feedings
