As a Track and Trace Specialist, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring that every shipment is flawlessly tracked and delivered. Working closely with our carrier sales team, you’ll be the backbone of our logistics operation—keeping customers informed and addressing any roadblocks that arise.

Essential Job Duties
Monitor and track shipments from pickup to delivery, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks
Quickly identify and escalate any shipment issues to the right people, keeping things running smoothly
Respond to customer and carrier inquiries promptly
Update and maintain load information in our system (Aljex) with precision and efficiency
Work with carrier sales teams, account managers, and service reps to gather and share crucial documentation and updates
Follow up with past and future loads to ensure no issues
Assist with obtaining EFS codes
Upload documents, follow SOPs, and adapt to ever-changing customer requirements with ease
Requirements
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
1+ years of high volume customer service experience in an office setting
Well versed with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and SharePoint
Strong typing skills
Ability to remain patient and calm under pressure
Top-notch customer service skills
Skill to quickly pivot from one task to another and reprioritize throughout the day
Ability to read, speak, write, and understand English in a professional manner
Strong problem-solving skills
Ability to adapt to changes promptly, while maintaining great performance
Ability to apply feedback and directions into work output immediately
Strong sense of urgency
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree
Logistics industry experience
Bilingual, English/Spanish
