Sales Associate – Crystal Tractor | Hampton (Starke), FL

Crystal Tractor is hiring motivated, outgoing individuals to join our sales team in Hampton (Starke), Florida.

You'll help customers find the right equipment from leading brands including Mahindra, Kubota, SANY, Takeuchi, Gravely, STIHL, and more. We sell zero-turn mowers, tractors, skid steers, loaders, excavators, and outdoor power equipment.

Sales experience is a plus, but it's not required. If you have a positive attitude, enjoy working with people, and are eager to learn, we'll provide the training you need to succeed.

Qualifications:

• Quality customer service skills and sales track record


• Outgoing personality with expertise at developing relationships


• Persuasive and able to overcome customer objections during the sales process


• High personal achievement standards


• Excellent verbal/written communication and presentation skills


• Professional appearance


• Clean driving record and valid driver’s license.


• Willing to submit to a pre-employment background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities:

• Complete extensive training regarding the product line.


• Maintain a strong knowledge base of all makes and models.


• Interact and consult with customers to guide them through their purchase.


• Establish personal goals that are consistent with dealership standards of productivity and devise a strategy to meet those goals.


• Complete quotes, return email/voicemail, other administrative functions to include running credit applications and processing transaction paperwork.


• Support online customers through our eSales office.


• Follow up with existing and potential customers to generate leads and close sales.
