Tractor Trailer Driver

Come work for a Maine based manufacturer of construction Aggregates. Auburn Aggregates currently has a position open as a Tractor Trailer Driver located in our Quarry in Auburn, Maine. Auburn Aggregates supplies aggregate materials to our second company, Auburn Concrete, which has just celebrated 26 years in business as a family-owned and operated company.?? 

As a Tractor Trailer Driver, your primary responsibility is to drive a Tractor Trailer Truck (both standard and automatic transmissions) to transport and dump loose materials such as sand, gravel, and crushed rock to outside customers, and hauling aggregate materials to ready-mix plants. You will also perform light service work on trucks and change flat tires on occasion.

Who we are looking for:?? 

• Must have a current/valid Maine CDL-A Driver’s License (must maintain license). 
• Minimum age of 18 years old and minimum 2 years driving experience or certificate from certified CDL program. 
• Able to speak, write and read English. 
• Able to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
