What We Do

We are a team of home service experts who go the extra mile to ensure peak performance for your home’s plumbing system.

The Big Task

Ensure the office and call center are providing the best service to customers and employees.

Key Sub Tasks

· Service as the liaison between the office and call center teams

· Maintain and update company policies, procedures and manuals

· Support cross departmental processes (Accounting, HR, Marketing & Payroll) as needed

· Support General Manager and oversee daily office operations to ensure a smooth, efficient, and high quality customer experience.

· Help drive employee engagement and operational efficiency

· Assist with reporting, record keeping, documentation and appointment coordination
