Managing Dashboards in real time. Identify inefficiencies in trading workflows and propose solutions to enhance productivity and minimize errors. Help shape the trading desk's strategy, tools, and processes. Minimum 3-7 years of experience at an equity firm, with a focus on global equity markets. In-depth knowledge of Moxy (The client uses Moxy for trade execution and works directly with brokers on the street) Moxy integrates and streamlines all aspects of the investment management process, from portfolio construction through settlement. Moxy provides a stable, centralized location for making and executing trading decisions, enabling portfolio managers and traders to move quickly in today's more demanding marketplace Strong knowledge of execution strategies, benchmarks (VWAP, TWAP, arrival price, etc.) Ability to perform post-trade analytics and utilize transaction cost analysis (TCA) tools. Strong knowledge of market microstructure and trading regulations. Proficiency in trading platforms and tools
