We are seeking a detail-oriented, self-motivated Trade Payable Specialist with the ability to meet tight deadlines and provide great customer service. 

Responsibilities: 

• Create daily, weekly, and monthly settlement statements for trade accounts & review for accuracy. 

• Coordinate approval process for payables & issue payment.  




• Create customizable supplier reports in Microsoft Office. 




• Work closely with account representatives to ensure great customer service. 




• Continuous improvement projects. 




• Other duties as assigned. 

Qualifications: 

• Attention to detail. 




• 5 years previous experience in accounting/finance. 




• Proficiency in Microsoft Office. 




• Ability to work under pressure. 

• Strong leadership qualities and work ethic. 




• Problem solving skills and Teamwork.
