Pay rate range: Up to $28/hr + $2/hr shift premium after 4pm. 

Schedule: The position currently operates Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM, but hours will gradually extend later into the evening. Our long-term plan is to transition this role into a night shift, so schedule flexibility is essential.

Earn While You Gain Experience

We're looking for individuals who have recently earned their skilled trade certifications or degrees and are eager to gain hands-on experience in the field.

No experience? No problem.

We’ll train you step-by-step to become a Plant Mechanic Operator on our production floor.

What You’ll Get:

• Clean, organized shop with modern equipment
• Work that keeps your hands and mind busy

What You’ll Learn:

• Operating production machines (we’ll teach you everything)
• Identify equipment issues and perform minor repairs or escalate to maintenance to minimize downtime.
• Dismantle and reassemble heavy plant equipment using hoists and manual tools when necessary.
• Quality checks, safety procedures, and teamwork on a fast-moving line
• Reading work orders and solving real problems

• Skilled Trade Certification or Degree
• Proven ability to learn mechanical equipment safely and effectively.
• Strong commitment to workplace safety and compliance.
• Proficient computer skills, including basic data entry for production and maintenance reporting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to take initiative and solve problems proactively.
• Availability to work flexible shifts, including overtime as required.
• Demonstrated adaptability, professionalism, and strong organizational skills.

Working Conditions:

• Industrial plant environment with exposure to noise, dust, and moving machinery.
• Use of personal protective equipment (PPE) is mandatory.
