Trade Support (Broker Dealer)

A well-known Broker Dealer is seeking a Trade Support individual to support their operations team! This role reports straight to the head of US Equities and Options Operations. This is a great opportunity for junior to mid-level candidates.

Job Responsibilities:

• Identifying and reporting any trade discrepancies to the Middle Office
• Clearance of options
• Identify exposure items and escalate them to management accordingly
• Perform option balancing using Broadridge reports
• Handle any unresolved issues
• Manage all the Weekly and Monthly Option Expirations
• Accountability for escrow reconciliation

Job Requirements:

• At least 3+ years of experience in the financial industry
• Background or knowledge of supporting the settlement of options
• Customer service skills
• Self-motivated and proactive individuals
•  Knowledge of Broadridge is highly preferred

Compensation:

• $105,000 - $130,000
