Trade Up Specialist - Town North Mazda

Snell Motor Companies is seeking a Trade Up Specialist to join the team at Town North Mazda.

Snell Motor Companies is comprised of Jaguar Land Rover Austin, Jaguar Land Rover Dallas, Jaguar Land Rover Frisco, Riverside Ford of Tulsa, Town North Mazda, and Snell Collision. Family-owned and operated, the Snell family began serving the Dallas community in 1973.

The Trade Up Specialist creates an exceptional experience for service customers by identifying opportunities to upgrade their current vehicles. Working closely with both the Service and Sales teams, this position bridges the gap between departments to ensure a seamless process for customers looking to trade, purchase, or lease a new vehicle.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Proactively engage customers in the service drive to discuss vehicle needs and potential upgrade options.
• Conduct trade appraisals and present purchase, finance, or lease opportunities in coordination with the Sales Manager.
• Collaborate with service advisors and the sales team to maintain a consistent, customer-focused handoff process.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, appraisals, and conversions within the CRM system.
• Stay informed on current models, programs, and incentives to provide customers with the most up-to-date information.
• Deliver exceptional service and follow-up to promote long-term loyalty and repeat business.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in automotive sales, customer relations, or service operations preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a professional, consultative approach.
• Knowledge of CRM systems and dealership processes.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required.

Position Details:

• Schedule: 7:30 AM – 3:30 PM
• Compensation: Hybrid – Base salary plus $100 per vehicle purchased or traded for a new vehicle
• Reports To: Sales Manager
