Location

Mountain View, CA – Hybrid. Enjoy the collaboration of working with our team in person Monday through Thursday, with the flexibility to work remotely on Fridays. We welcome Bay Area candidates and attorneys willing to relocate.

Note:

An active attorney license in at least one U.S. state is required. California Bar membership is preferred but not mandatory. Candidates must be able to work from our Mountain View office Monday through Thursday. Newly admitted attorneys and recent graduates who are licensed to practice are encouraged to apply.

Job Description

• Manage an established portfolio of trademark clients and serve as their trusted legal advisor.
• Advise businesses and entrepreneurs on trademark registration, protection, and intellectual property matters.
• Assist with trademark searches, applications, USPTO filings, and ongoing portfolio management.
• Build lasting client relationships through excellent communication and personalized legal guidance.
• Identify opportunities to expand client services and grow a recurring book of business.
• Collaborate with our legal and operations teams to deliver efficient, high-quality service.
• Take ownership of client relationships while developing your legal practice and business development skills.

Qualifications

• Active membership in at least one U.S. state bar; California preferred.
• Newly admitted attorneys are welcome.
• Interest in trademark law, intellectual property, business development, and client advisory work.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills.
• Entrepreneurial mindset and willingness to develop long-term client relationships.
• Ability to work on-site Monday through Thursday.
