About Us:
Leaky’s, formerly Rowe Heating & Air Conditioning, is under new ownership and committed to delivering high-quality plumbing and HVAC services. We specialize in new construction plumbing. If you have at least 2 years of experience in new construction plumbing and want to be part of a growing, supportive team, Leaky’s is the place for you. Please only apply if you are a Tradesman or Journeyman plumber.

Key Responsibilities:

Install plumbing systems in new residential and light commercial construction projects, including rough-ins, top outs and final fixture installs.

Interpret blueprints and follow specifications to ensure accurate installation.

Work with a variety of materials, including PVC, copper, PEX, and gas piping.

Perform pressure tests on piping systems to identify leaks and ensure functionality.

Maintain a clean and organized job site, adhering to safety standards and company protocols.

Communicate effectively with project managers and other team members to ensure timely project completion.

Basic Requirements:

Minimum of 2 years of experience in new construction plumbing.

Tradesman or Journeyman plumber.

Familiarity with plumbing installations in both residential and commercial settings.

Ability to read and interpret blueprints and plumbing schematics.

Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs, bend, kneel, and work in various conditions.

Have a current driver’s license and a good driving record.

Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Commitment to safety and following company guidelines on every job site.
