Trading Platform Administrator, Limassol

A well-established, regulated Forex company, known for its positive, people-focused culture, is currently seeking a Trading Platforms Administrator to join its growing team in Limassol.

In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the seamless operation of trading servers and systems. The position requires experience in MT4/MT5 administration, troubleshooting technical issues, and working closely with risk and IT teams to optimize trading infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have an understanding of the Forex market and experience in configuring and maintaining trading platforms.

Your Responsibilities:

• Ensure the continuous operation and optimal performance of trading servers and systems.
• Configure and maintain both new and existing financial products.
• Troubleshoot system issues and provide technical support for internal teams.
• Collaborate with the risk team to resolve trading platform-related issues.
• Apply best practices for trading infrastructure setup, security, and failover strategies.
• Work closely with the IT department on all technical matters related to trading platforms.
• Perform general MT4/MT5 configurations and manage trading bridges including OneZero, PrimeXM, T4B, and FXCubic.
• Maintain and enhance existing trading procedures, configurations, and system performance.
• Integrate, test, and support third-party and in-house trading tools, plugins, and software.
• Provide assistance to other departments on technical queries and troubleshooting.

Background and Experience:

• BSc/MSc in Information Technology or a related field.
• 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar role or a System Administrator role within the financial sector.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
• Experience with MT4/MT5.
• Strong understanding of the Forex market and trading operations.

The following would be advantageous but not a necessity: 

• Experience working with OZ Hub, XCore, T4B, and FXCubic.
• Basic knowledge of SQL queries. 
• CySEC Advanced Diploma .
