Mission of the Role:
We are looking for a safety-driven and detail-oriented Traffic Control Flagger to join our AWESOME team at Pro-Vac! You’ll be responsible for setting up and maintaining safe traffic control zones in compliance with Colorado regulations. If you enjoy working outdoors, have excellent situational awareness, and can effectively communicate with work crews, this role is perfect for you!

What You’ll Love to Do:

Set up and manage traffic control zones per Colorado guidelines
Direct and guide traffic safely through work zones
Maintain clear communication with work crews in the field
Ensure all personnel and the public remain safe
Properly maintain traffic control vehicles and equipment
Carry required certifications and adhere to safety regulations
Report missing or defective equipment to your supervisor
Perform other duties as assigned

You Might Be a Good Fit If You Have:

Experience/Skills:

Previous experience in traffic control or a related field is a plus

Ability to read and implement traffic control plans
Strong communication and navigation skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment

Here’s What You Bring:

Valid Driver’s License
Current Flagger Certification (Flagger’s Card)
Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
