Trailer Maintenance Technician

A-Line is looking for a Trailer Mechanic to maintain our fleet of flatbed and van trailers. Under the direction of the Maintenance Manager, you’ll ensure trailers meet road safety standards and stay in top shape.

Starting Pay: $19 - $26 starting pay, depending on experience

Schedule: Monday - Friday 7:00 am - 4:30 pm

What You’ll Do:

• Perform preventative maintenance to meet U.S. Department of Transportation requirements


• Repair and maintain brakes, electrical systems, suspensions, tires, and more


• Perform DOT inspections and repairs on trucks as needed


• Troubleshoot issues and document repairs


• Collaborate with the team to keep operations running smoothly
  

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience with air brakes, electrical systems, and ABS systems is a plus


• Strong problem-solving and diagnostic skills


• Excellent attention to detail and communication


• Valid Driver’s License (Class A CDL a plus)


• Must have own basic hand tools and storage
