PAM Transport was founded in Tontitown, Arkansas, in 1980 by Paul Allen Maestri as a 5-truck operation. In our 40+ years of being in business, we have become an international company with more than 2,200 trucks and 8,500 trailers. About this opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated skilled trailer mechanics. From beginners to skilled leaders, each technician will be an integral part of keeping America’s freight moving forward.

Pay and Schedule

• Monday to Friday 10:30AM to 7:00PM

• The pay range is $30-$35 Per Hour depending on experience.

How will you contribute to the success of the team?

· Perform accident damage repairs and PM maintenance on trailers.

· Perform aluminum and steel welding.

· Perform various maintenance on repair tasks on trailers.

· Properly document and maintain records of equipment.

· Replace trailer panels and sheet metal.

· Repair wood/metal flooring in trailers.

What makes you a strong candidate for this position?

· Minimum one year on trailer/mechanical experience.

· Repair brake system and axels on trailers.

· Strong mechanical and technical skills.

· Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

· Own basic tools.
