What You’ll Do

• Inspect, diagnose, and repair a variety of trailers, including structural, mechanical, and electrical components
  

• Perform preventative maintenance to ensure equipment safety and reliability
  

• Repair or replace brakes, suspensions, axles, air systems, lighting, flooring, doors, and related components
  

• Troubleshoot issues efficiently and recommend appropriate repairs
  

• Complete work orders and service documentation accurately and timely
  

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
  

• Communicate clearly with supervisors and team members regarding repair needs and timelines
  

• Follow all safety procedures and company standards
  

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience as a Trailer Technician or similar mechanical role preferred
  

• Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to diagnose trailer issues
  

• Experience with welding, fabrication, brakes, suspension, or air systems is a plus
  

• Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment
  

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to doing the job right
  

• Valid driver’s license (CDL a plus, but not required depending on role)
