JOB DESCRIPTION

Position Title: Trailer Repair Technician

Department: Maintenance

Location: Mt. Pleasant, Texas

Reports to: Shop Foreman

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Other duties may be assigned.

• Perform trailer DOT inspections.
• Perform preventative maintenance.
• Repair all structural aspects of trailers – i.e landing gear, side walls, cross members etc.
• Replace trailer clutches, brakes, and tires as necessary.
• Other general trailer duties assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Must have welding and or have adequate trade school training and experience.
• Knowledge in refrigeration is a bonus.
• Must be a team player, hardworking, reliable and able to work a flexible schedule.
• Must have adequate computer skills to perform duties assigned.
• Must have proper tools to perform the job.
