Mutual of Omaha Mortgage is searching for candidates for a Trailing Docs Specialist!

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Work closely with Settlement Agents to secure trailing originals
• Accurately input pertinent loan data into operational systems
• Work closely with post closing department to establish productive and efficient work flows
• Data Entry

Qualifications:

• Previous Mortgage industry experience required (Reverse preferred)
• Trailing Docs experience preferred but not required
• Excellent computer skills and knowledge of MS Office products
• Attention to detail and good follow through
• Strong customer service and time management skills a must
• Highly motivated and determined to succeed in a competitive, time sensitive industry
