Job Description - Trainee Sales Manager

Are you looking for executive training in a promising Marketing career?

Our company is seeking a highly motivated and driven individual to join our sales and marketing team as a Trainee Sales Manager. In this role, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in sales and marketing while working closely with our experienced professionals. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales and marketing, strong communication skills, and a desire to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
·Educate customers on all services offered, exercising exceptional product knowledge.
·Provide outstanding customer service by showcasing expertise, fostering trust, and growing customer satisfaction.
·Maintaining a great attitude and team player mentality.
·Comply with policies and procedures, such as scheduling and dress code guidelines.

Benefits:
·Hourly Pay rate: $17 - $21
·Weekly pay – Commission/bonuses.

Qualifications:
·Age 18 years or older.
·Reliable transportation.
·Previous customer service preferred but NOT NECESSARY.
