About the Role:

Join FitFlex Corp as a Trainer and inspire individuals to achieve their fitness goals! We are looking for passionate fitness professionals to lead engaging sessions and create a positive workout environment in our Atlanta, GA location.

Responsibilities:

Conduct personalized training sessions tailored to individual client needs.

Develop and implement effective workout plans and nutritional guidance.

Monitor client progress and adjust programs to ensure continuous improvement.

Provide motivation and support to clients during workouts.

Maintain a clean and safe training environment.

Stay updated on fitness trends and best practices.

Collaborate with other trainers to enhance client experience.

Promote FitFlex Corp programs and services to clients.

Requirements:

Certified personal trainer with a recognized fitness certification.

Minimum of 2 years experience in personal training or group instruction.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Ability to motivate and inspire clients of all fitness levels.

CPR and First Aid certification preferred.

Passion for fitness and a healthy lifestyle.

Flexible schedule with availability for early mornings and evenings.

Proficient in fitness assessment techniques and goal setting.
