Trainer

Busted Knuckles Cleaning is seeking a Trainer for our residential cleaning company. This position must train new cleaning staff, ensuring the quality of service, and maintaining high standards across the company. Here are the key responsibilities and duties of a Trainer:

Key Responsibilities:

1. Training:
   
   
   
   • Conduct Training: Deliver initial and ongoing training sessions for new hires. Teaching cleaning techniques, safety procedures, customer service skills and quality control inspecting any staff when working as a team.
     
   
   
   • Hands-On Training: Provide practical demonstrations of cleaning techniques and the use of equipment.
   
   
   
   


2. Quality Assurance:
   
   
   
   • Perform Quality Checks: Regularly inspect cleaning jobs for yourself and team partners to ensure they meet company standards.
   
   
   • Provide Feedback: Offer constructive feedback and coaching to new hirer staff to help them improve their performance and address any deficiencies.
   
   
   • Maintain Standards: Ensure all cleaning activities adhere to company policies and industry best practices.
   
   
   
   


3. Mentorship:
   
   
   
   • Guide Staff: Act as a mentor to new and less experienced employees, offering guidance and support.
     
   
   
   
   


4. Communication:
   
   
   
   • Training: Provide feedback to other Trainers about new hirers in the Trainer Chat to ensure all are on the same page.
