As a Trainer Enablement Onboarding & Licensing, you are responsible for onboarding and supporting Empower Personal Wealth employees through the licensing process. This role is critical to successfully meet company goals and support employees in their new roles.
What you will do
Manage, support and coach representatives through securities licensing study programs to drive successful outcomes
Ensure all new hires setup is completed, including systems access, security and technology access in order to perform job functions and training
Provide oversight of licensing exam scheduling to ensure all necessary exams are taken within expected timeline, including re-take if needed
Provide various project management support, including promotion or transition processes, coaching/ disciplinary processes, and performance metrics/review processes
Achieve headcount targets and retention of consultants through hiring, training, coaching and developing associates and through implementation of recognition programs.
Instill a culture of coaching and consistent feedback
Promote and embrace Empower culture and values for all employees
Performs other duties as assigned in relation to supporting Empower Personal Wealth department
What you will bring
Bachelor’s degree in related field
2 years minimum of experience directly related to training and development
Knowledge of training methods, styles, and mature learning principles
Experience facilitating and conducting training sessions

Base Salary Range
$69,400.00 - $98,050.00
The salary range above shows the typical minimum to maximum base salary range for this position in the location listed. Non-sales positions have the opportunity to participate in a bonus program. Sales positions are eligible for sales incentives, and in some instances a bonus plan, whereby total compensation may far exceed base salary depending on individual performance. Actual compensation offered may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level and will be finalized at the time of offer.
