Available Position: (Safety Sensitive Job)

• Warehouse Trainer - Forklift experience required

Hours: Overtime required

2nd Shift: Monday - Friday, 2:00pm - 10:30pm

3rd Shift: Sunday Night - Thursday Night, 8:00pm - 4:30am

Primary Duties:

Responsibilities include training all new equipment associates on the process utilizing High Reach Truck, Sit Down, and Cherry Picker Forklifts. Candidate should be a leader and a great motivator. Able create reports, provide training and backup personnel, Quality checks, make packaging adjustments as needed, Audit packaging on outbound shipments, and provide feedback as needed, audit Inbound product and other duties as assigned.

Qualifications Required:

• 2-3 years of training for Sit Down Forklift
• 2-3 years of training for Cherry Picker
• 2-3 years of training for High Reach Truck
• Demonstrated advanced working knowledge of quality and operational procedures.
• Ability to multi-task.
• Problem solving skills.
• Ability to operate hand tools.
• Without assistance, must be able to lift, carry, push and/or pull objects weighing 35-45 pounds on average and up to 70 pounds.
• Must be able to work in temperatures similar to outdoors within the Phoenix area.
• Excellent attendance record.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proficient in the English language (verbal and written).
• Good communication skills (verbal and written).
• Ability to work overtime on short notice.
• Able to work both independently and as a team.
• Basic Microsoft Office software skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
