Part-Time Fitness Sales Associate

HOTWORX Urbandale is looking for a high-energy, outgoing, and motivated Fitness Sales Associate to join our team!

This is more than a front desk job. You’ll play an active role in growing the studio, introducing new guests to HOTWORX, selling memberships, connecting with leads, building relationships with members, and creating an experience that keeps people excited to come back.

About HOTWORX

HOTWORX is a 24-hour infrared fitness studio offering virtually instructed workouts inside our patented infrared saunas, along with a functional training area.

What You’ll Do

• Give energetic studio tours and turn prospects into members
• Sell memberships, upgrades, and retail products
• Connect with leads through calls, texts, and consistent follow-up
• Work toward individual and studio sales goals
• Build relationships and deliver an exceptional member experience
• Help create social media content and promote HOTWORX locally
• Participate in community outreach, events, and local partnerships
• Keep the studio clean, organized, and welcoming
• Assist with daily studio operations and member needs
• Participate in ongoing sales training, coaching, and role-playing

Staffed Hours

Monday–Thursday: 11:00 AM–8:00 PM
Friday: 9:00 AM–6:00 PM
Saturday: 9:00 AM–2:00 PM
