About the Role and about You:
The Training Administrator will be based in Hawthorne, CA. The incumbent of this role is responsible for coordinating all crewmember training activities and maintaining accurate, audit-ready training records in compliance with FAA Part 135 regulations and the company’s Operations Specifications (OpSpecs). This role serves as the administrative backbone of the Training Department and plays a direct part in supporting safe, compliant flight operations.
You are highly organized, detail-oriented, and thrive in a compliance-driven environment. You take pride in keeping impeccable records, communicating proactively across teams, and ensuring nothing falls through the cracks when it comes to crewmember training currency and documentation.
