Training and Parts Manager

We are seeking a dynamic, hands-on leader to join our team as a Training and Parts Manager. In this role, you will lead our nationwide franchise support efforts from our corporate headquarters just outside of Louisville, Kentucky. You'll develop comprehensive training materials, manage vendor relationships, oversee parts inventory, fulfill orders, and ensure our franchisees have the knowledge and tools to succeed.

Salary: $50,000 to $60,000 (Depending on Qualifications)
Reports to: President and Chief Franchise Officer

A-1 Concrete Leveling is America’s largest concrete leveling franchise, with 50 locations across 18 states. We are committed to providing our franchisees with the best tools, training, and operational support to grow their businesses. Our core services provide the ultimate concrete care/repair package through concrete leveling, caulking, cleaning, and sealing — ensuring safety and quality for all customers.

Training & Content Development

• Develop, maintain, and enhance training materials, including instructional videos, written guides, and step-by-step manuals to support franchisee operations (with support from our videographer and marketing team).
• Collaborate closely with franchisees to identify training needs and operational challenges.
• Continuously refine training programs based on feedback, performance data, and industry best practices.
• Develop proficiency in our unique all-in-one truck system for concrete leveling, understanding the variations in franchise truck setups, layouts, and execution, with the ultimate goal of providing expert guidance to franchisees on truck operations and troubleshooting to ensure consistent service quality.

Parts & Inventory Management

• Source and negotiate pricing with manufacturers and vendors for equipment fabricated parts, tools, and operational materials.
• Maintain strong vendor relationships to ensure cost-effective and timely procurement.
• Order, receive, and stock parts to ensure franchisees have access to the materials they need.
• Keep accurate inventory records and manage restocking schedules.

Order Fulfillment & Shipping

• Process and fulfill franchisee orders for parts, tools, and materials.
• Package products, print shipping labels, and coordinate deliveries.
• Ensure efficient and accurate order fulfillment to minimize delays.

• Experience in training or technical content creation, both written and video.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Collaborative mindset with the ability to work across departments and build strong relationships with franchisees.
• Proficiency or a strong baseline understanding of truck operations and maintenance. Willingness to learn and grow in this area is highly valued.
• Familiarity with Shopify or other e-commerce platforms.
• Background in vendor management, inventory control, or order fulfillment.
  
  

• Experience with video capture and editing (smartphone-level proficiency is sufficient) and/or passion for learning and growing in this area.
• Mechanical or technical aptitude (engine repair, hydraulics, etc.).
