As a Training & Support Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in shaping the success of our Caregivers, ensuring they feel confident, prepared, and supported as they care for seniors in our community. What You’ll Do
- Schedule & lead Care Pro training, orientation, and in-services
- Conduct Alzheimer’s & personal care training (with nursing support)
- Create and manage a monthly training calendar
- Track and document quarterly training requirements
- Maintain accurate Care Pro & client records
- Answer new client inquiries and prepare care consultation forms
- Plan & facilitate quarterly Care Pro meetings
- Communicate clearly with owners, staff, and Care Pros
- Ensure compliance with labor & safety regulations
What We’re Looking For
- Strong communication & people skills
- High school diploma (or equivalent)
- 1+ year of related administrative or business experience
(education + experience considered)
- Valid driver’s license
- Professional, dependable demeanor
- Comfortable with computers (Excel & Word)
- Availability for occasional evenings/weekends
