Training Assistant

Title: Training Assistant
Location: St. Louis, MO + occasional travel
Company: Fortune 100 Food & Beverage Manufacturing (FuseGlobal has worked with this company for 20 years)
Initial term: 12 months  (position expected to run longer)
Schedule: Monday - Friday onsite (7:30 am-4:00 pm)
*Must be comfortable working in a pet friendly environment*

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assist with safety training sessions or materials


• Review and update documents and spreadsheets


• Assist with safety and environmental awareness events & campaigns


• Assist with digital data entry


• Manage training databases


• Physical ability to walk to any areas of campus and take stairs as needed

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:

Technical Skills

• Good organization and communication essential


• Able to work independently when provided a task


• Must be familiar with basic Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)


• Experience with Power Automate or Power BI a plus
