Position Overview
The Training Associate supports the coordination, delivery, and execution of company-wide training and onboarding programs. This role works closely with the Training Coordinator, assisting with training logistics, documentation, facilitation support, and employee engagement during training activities. The Training Associate plays a key role with hands-on support to ensure the training and onboarding programs run smoothly and consistently.
Key Responsibilities
Training Execution & Support
Assist with assigning, scheduling, organizing, and tracking internal training for field and office employees (safety, compliance, onboarding, skills-based, refresher, leadership development, etc.) as directed
Support in-person and virtual training (room setup, technology, attendance tracking, etc.
Assist with sending training communications, reminders, and follow-ups to employees and managers
Support new hire onboarding logistics and activities
Serve as on-site and virtual support during trainings
Documentation & Tracking
Assist in monitoring training completion in the LMS
Collect and submit training attendance records
Assist with data entry and compliance reviews
Maintain organized training files and records
Support certification and refresher tracking
Employee Support
Responding to basic employee training questions
Assist employees with LMS navigation and access issues
Escalate issues, trends, or concerns
Continuous Improvement Support
Gather training feedback and evaluations
Identify common questions, trends, or gaps observed during training
Provide feedback on training materials including instructor-led training, manuals, toolkits, and e-learning modules
Assist with updating training materials, presentations, and job aids as directed
Stay current with industry trends, certifications, codes, and best practices to help ensure training content remains relevant and compliant
Qualifications
Required:
1–2 years of experience in training, HR, administrative support, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience
Comfortable presenting and supporting group training
Bilingual: Spoken and written in Spanish/English.
Preferred:
Experience in construction, safety, or regulated environments.

Pay Range: $31.25–$40.86 per hour, based on experience and role requirements

Location
This position requires you to be onsite, full-time at our headquarters in Milpitas.
Expect to do some travel within the Bay Area.
