Job Description - Training Coordinator

Supports in the development of training and knowledge materials via books, videos, or any other mechanism for delivering information. Support new hire training, PIV hands on training, and crane/hoist hands on training, which includes maintaining all training documents, training new hires, and any re-training that may be required. Provide training to both individuals and groups as needed. High School Diploma Minimum 1 year experience in a manufacturing environment Minimum 2 years' experience in a lead role or trainer capacity Must be proficient and have experience with Microsoft Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams) Some knowledge with Power automate (PowerBI and related systems) Experience using augmented reality, or other software programs.
