As a Training Coordinator, you will provide support for marketing, training, and all facility services. You'll work closely with the Training Director, Marketing Director, Marketing Coordinator, Team Leaders, Training Specialists, and other coordinators to promote a cohesive student, customer, and visitor experience. In this role, you will: Coordinate logistics, catering, and support for both internal and external training. Maintain Training calendar and schedule for all instructors. Perform the following tasks in oracle including order reconciliation, billing, and modify orders; create, receive, and modify purchase orders. Perform the following tasks in Vista including order entry, customer orders (internal & external), and product inquiries. Process credit card billing for customers. Create profiles for new customers using credit card for payment in Orbital Virtual Terminal. Process check requests. Oversee maintenance, calibration, setup, and cleaning of all training and facility required equipment. Issue Training Certificates for Attendees of classes. High School diploma/GED or higher. At least 5 years of experience working in a coordinator role. Proficiency in the use of the tools including Microsoft Office and Microsoft Teams. No relocation benefit is being offered for this position. Only candidates residing within a 50-mile radius of Franklin, PA will be considered. Active-duty military members exempt from this geographical limitation. Ability to lift, move, and set up demonstration equipment of various weight up to 40 pounds. Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution Professional presence and an ability to establish rapport with a variety of personalities in multiple levels of the organization Ability to be certified to operate forklift, pallet jack and other tools as required.
