Job Description - Training Coordinator
This position is responsible to meet the goals and objectives of the organization by communicating with managers to identify training needs and mapping out development plans for teams and individuals. This role designs, coordinates, and conducts all training programs.

Essential Duties
Design and develop training programs (outsourced and/or in-house)
Select appropriate training methods or activities (e.g. simulations, mentoring, on-the-job training, professional development classes)
Market available training to employees and provide necessary information about sessions
Conduct organization-wide training needs assessment and identify skills or knowledge gaps that need to be addressed
Assess instructional effectiveness and determine the impact of training on employee skills and KPIs
Gather feedback from trainers and trainees after each educational session
All other duties as needed.
Monday-Friday 8am-5pm
Qualifications
Associate’s Degree in Education, Training, HR or related field preferred.
Three (3) years' plus of experience as a training coordinator, or related position.
Use known education principles and stay up to date on new training methods and techniques
Extensive knowledge of instructional design theory and implementation
Adequate knowledge of learning management systems and web delivery tools
Proven ability to complete full training cycle (access needs, plan, develop, coordinate, monitor and evaluate)
Experience with e-learning platforms
Solid working knowledge of related manufacturing processes.
Experience using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point), Visio, Teams and Outlook.
Maintains strict confidentiality and protects privacy of confidential/sensitive information.
Exceptional time management and organization skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously establishing priorities to meet deadlines.
Tech savvy; video editing
Ability to communicate effectively (verbal, written, and presentations) with executive leadership, staff, and internal and external clients.
Proactive; exercises sound judgment and decision making; able to identify problems and needs and develop solutions and/or options.
Self-confident, self-motivated polished professional who thrives in a challenging, fast-paced environment.
