Job Title: Training Center Analyst 

Location: Inglewood, CA

Pay Range: $16/hr.

Duration: 6 month project (will need open work availability as this is a sports tournament)

What’s the Job?

• Conduct regular evaluations of the training fields to identify optimal conditions and areas for improvement.
• Collect relevant data and metrics on the field's conditions, infrastructure, and equipment.
• Collaborate with the maintenance team to plan and execute corrective actions or necessary enhancements.
• Assist in logistical planning to ensure the availability of resources and materials for optimal field operation.
• Generate detailed reports on the status of the fields and implemented improvements.
• Contribute ideas for the continuous improvement of facilities and maintenance processes.

What’s Needed?

• Previous experience in similar roles or in the evaluation of sports facilities.
• Practical knowledge in training field analysis, preferably in high-level sports environments.
• Ability to collect, analyze, and present data effectively.
• Communication skills to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
• Flexibility and availability to work during the event period, including weekends and unconventional hours.
• Certifications or training in sports field analysis will be valued.
