The Training Lead mentors, coaches and guides fulfillment team members. The Training Lead is a resource to provide team members with support promoting training and development throughout the Mom’s Meals fulfillment program.
Responsibilities include, but not limited to
- Provide on-the-job training to team members
- Equip team members with working knowledge of GMPs among other policies and procedures
- Support on-going team member professional development
- Assess team member training comprehension and skill development
- Initiate and sustain trusting professional relationships with team members and fulfillment leadership
- Coach employees on Mom’s Meals fulfillment Best Practices
- Maintain accurate and up to date documentation on training initiatives with team members
- Assist Training and Development Specialist design, implement and evaluate training programs, initiatives, and projects
- Assist Training and Development Specialist facilitate training and orientation with fulfillment team members
Required skills and experience
- 2 years of experience working in various roles throughout a Mom’s Meals Fulfillment Center
- Possess a comprehensive understanding of fulfillment positions, fulfillment operations, and fulfillment leadership expectations
- Experience coaching and mentoring fulfillment team members
- Demonstrated effective and persuasive communication skills
- Strong written and verbal communicative skills
Physical requirements
- Regularly required to use hands to handle, feel or operate objects, tools, or controls and reach with hands and arms
- Frequently is required to stand, talk, and listen
- Occasionally required to walk, stoop, kneel or crouch
- Occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
- Vision abilities required include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus
- Able to perform repetitive movements
- Able to work in variable temperatures (cold/hot)
