We are seeking a Training Manager to lead and elevate our organization-wide training strategy. This role is ideal for someone passionate about workforce development, compliance, and creating meaningful learning experiences that directly impact client care.
What You’ll Do
As our Training Manager, you will play a key role in shaping how our staff learn, grow, and deliver exceptional services.
Training & Development
Design and implement engaging training programs across clinical, operational, and administrative teams
Develop training materials including manuals, e-learning modules, and job aids
Facilitate dynamic in-person and virtual trainings
Workforce Growth & Quality
Identify training needs and performance gaps across the organization
Evaluate training effectiveness and continuously improve programs
Support staff competency and professional development at all levels
Compliance & Accreditation
Ensure all training aligns with CARF, Ohio Medicaid, and regulatory standards
Maintain audit-ready training records and documentation
Partner with Compliance and Quality teams to support accreditation success
Program Leadership
Manage training schedules, tracking, and completion requirements
Oversee training systems and tools (including LMS platforms like Trainual)
Research and implement innovative training methods
Collaboration
Work closely with leadership, HR, and operations to align training with organizational goals
Serve as a go-to resource for training and development across the organization
What We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s degree in Education, Human Resources, Behavioral Health, or related field preferred
3–5 years of experience in training, learning & development, or program management
Experience in healthcare or behavioral health strongly preferred
Knowledge of CARF standards and Medicaid requirements is a plus
Strong presentation and facilitation skills (both in-person and virtual)
Experience with e-learning and LMS platforms (Trainual preferred)
Highly organized, collaborative, and adaptable
