Description

ABOUT US: MultiLingual Solutions, Inc. (MLS) is a Veteran-Owned Small Business (VOSB) with more than 21 years of successful experience providing professional language services, foreign language and cultural training, and analysis support to a broad client base consisting of more than 40 U.S. military and intelligence customers, as well as over 2,000 civilian government, commercial and non-profit organizations in various fields. With ISO 9001:2015 and 17100:2015 certifications, MLS provides services in more than 100 languages, employing innovative technologies and methodologies and applying best practices from both the Government and commercial arenas to advance each customer’s unique communication and operational objectives throughout the U.S. and across the globe.

POSITION SUMMARY: MLS is seeking Training Specialists to support a government customer in Maryland, Utah, Colorado, Hawaii, Georgia, and Texas.


Requirements

 

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Provide assistance to instructors in the administration of courses
  • Maintain and prepare course materials
  • Ensure that all training material is available for trainings
  • Coordinate use of space, tools, and equipment, facility or speakers and course material in order to facilitate training
  • Confer with management and instructors to determine training needs
  • Provide support in the organization, planning and administration of training operations

SECURITY CLEARANCE: TS/SCI with polygraph is required.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • High school diploma and 3 years professional or academic experience.
  • Two (2) years of experience participating in a synchronous learning environment.
  • Two (2) years of demonstrated experience in Microsoft Office Suite of products (e.g. EXCEL, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint and SharePoint), and be able to cope with a changing environment and short deadlines.
  • Provide demonstrated experience in communications and customer service skills both verbal and written.
  • Three (3) years of experience in customer service principles such as planning and scheduling, presentation and briefing   techniques, problem solving strategies/methods, and record keeping.
  • Two (2) years of demonstrated experience with internal and external customer relations; issue/problem resolution; presenting and promoting ideas and initiatives; process improvement; project management; data/information management, teaming, and time management.
  • Two (2) years of demonstrated experience with classroom use of computers and internet/intranet connectivity skills and operating general office equipment.
  • Provide demonstrated experience in classroom use of computers and internet, issue/problem resolution, operating general   office equipment, presenting ideas and initiatives, process improvement, data/information management, teaming, time management, reports and documentation.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • n/a

WORK ENVIRONMENT: 8-hour shifts or as required by the customer.

PAY RANGE:

Pay Range: $45,000 - $60,000
