Data Systems Analysts, Inc is seeking a Training Specialist (Junior) to design and deliver training programs for the ARC/cPROBE environment. The candidate will create and maintain training materials, vignettes, and user guides to ensure users understand and effectively utilize the hosted applications. The role involves conducting virtual training sessions, managing training metrics, and supporting the implementation of the Training Implementation Plan.

Required Qualifications

• Active or Current DOD Secret Clearance


• Current Security + Certification


• Degree in Human Factors, Computer Science, Information Systems, or other relevant field (equivalent work experience accepted). ​


• 2 to 4 years of IT and industry experience with a degree, or 4 to 6 years of experience without a degree.

Desired Qualifications

• Familiarity with ARC/cPROBE environment and its applications. ​


• Experience in designing and delivering training materials for IT systems. ​


• Proficiency in utilizing effective techniques, methods, and technologies to facilitate learning. ​

Key Responsibilities

• Design, conduct, and manage training curriculum for the ARC/cPROBE environment. ​


• Develop and maintain training materials, vignettes, and user guides for applications hosted in the Army Resource Cloud. ​


• Deliver virtual training sessions and maintain training metrics per the Training Implementation Plan. ​
