Training Supervisor

Paradigm Treatment Centers provides personalized residential psychiatric treatment for California and Texas teens and young adults from ages 12 to 26. With transformative residential facilities in Malibu, California, San Rafael, California, and now within the Austin, Texas area! As a Training Supervisor here with Paradigm Treatment Centers, you will be presented with the unique opportunity to partner with and assist our clinical directors and clinical therapists as you guide the residents through their rehabilitative journey.

A Day in the Life of a Residential Clinical Assistant Would Be:

• Develop, coordinate, and deliver new hire orientation and ongoing training for RTC program staff.
• Evaluate training needs in collaboration with department heads and adjust programs accordingly.
• Ensure all training content aligns with clinical best practices, state licensing regulations, and company policies. 
• Maintain accurate training records and compliance documentation.
• Provide coaching, mentoring, and performance feedback to staff as needed.
• Collaborate with leadership to identify opportunities for professional development and growth.
• Lead initiatives to promote a positive, trauma-informed, and culturally responsive work environment.
   

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in behavioral health, residential treatment, or related setting.
• Experience in training, staff development, or supervision strongly preferred.
• Strong understanding of mental health treatment models and trauma-informed care.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams.

Exciting Qualities You May Have:

• Experience with behavioral health
• Previous work experience in a clinical or residential setting
• Passion for the field of mental/behavioral health
• Have previously worked with adolescents/young adults or in a youth-focused environment
• Previous work experience as a Mental Health Technician, Behavioral Health Technician, or Caregiver!
