THE JOB:

As a Tram Operator, you will play a critical role in supporting the safe, reliable, and efficient operation of the property's tram system. Working closely with fellow Tram Operators and Engineering teams, you will help maintain the functionality, safety, and presentation of tram equipment and surrounding areas. Through your attention to detail, technical awareness, and commitment to teamwork, you will contribute to seamless daily operations and a positive guest experience.

THE STARTING RATE: $29.36

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Support daily tram operations by monitoring system performance, following established technical operating procedures, and identifying equipment malfunctions, system alarms, fault codes, or other operational concerns
• Collaborate with fellow Tram Operators, Engineers, and department leadership to communicate equipment concerns, coordinate operational needs, and support timely resolution of service interruptions
• Assist Engineering teams with tram maintenance activities, including transporting tools, materials, replacement parts, and equipment, as well as supporting general cleanup and work area readiness
• Maintain the safety, cleanliness, and presentation of tram equipment, stations, and surrounding operational areas

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• Must be 21 years of age or older
• 2+ years of prior relevant experience performing demolition, construction clean up, running parts, working in a maintenance environment required
• Previous experience in transportation operations, equipment monitoring, facilities maintenance, or a similar operational environment
• Strong team-oriented approach with flexibility to support 24/7 tram operations, including Day, Swing, and Grave shifts, as well as mandatory overtime based on operational needs
