Transaction Capture Senior Lead Analyst SVP Getzville (Hybrid)

The Transaction Capture Senior Lead is a senior level position responsible for providing complex analytic and administrative support to traders as the subject matter expert, in coordination with the Transaction Capture team. The overall objective of this role is to solve complex client queries, conduct due diligence activities, and advise or coach new or junior staff.

Responsibilities:

• Provide analytic/administrative support to Front Office Sales and Trading on derivatives/securities transactions, and maintain position records
• Support trade capture management, Front to Back reconciliation, operational risk identification, trade confirmation and settlement forecasts
• Ensure a successful risk/control environment and support a wide range of internal and external clients
• Contribute to short- to medium-term planning of actions and resources, and oversee resources, budget, policy formulation and planning
• Lead change-the-bank projects, and resolve complex pre-settlement process and transaction issues, balancing potentially conflicting needs
• Define problems, develop innovative solutions, and streamline trade flow processes, ensuring integrity of process, operations and end results
• Lead innovative solutions and cost savings opportunities, and facilitate, influence and enable change
• Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.

Qualifications:

• 8+ years of experience in a related role
• Significant industry experience required
• People and project management management required
• Experience with regulatory reports with large size data required
• Experience with Advanced MS Excel functions required (Vlookup, Pivot Tables, etc.)
• Experience with SQL and Tableau required
• Real estate industry experience, such as loans, wholesale lending, appraisals preferred
• Subject matter expert in multiple or specific skill sets, business areas or products
• Demonstrated analytical and process execution skills
• Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication
• Demonstrated ability to remain unbiased in a diverse working environment

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree/University degree or equivalent experience
• Master’s degree preferred
