Are you looking to leverage your experience in Transaction Services (TS) to grow your career? Crowe's TS practice is growing and expanding to new geographies. Bring your TS experience to be fully engaged toward the growth of the national practice and team. As a Manager in TS, you will:
Perform buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence for clients and target companies across multiple industries including manufacturing and distribution, healthcare, technology, construction, restaurant and retail, business services, and food and commodities.

Review and analyze historical and pro forma financial statements to assess trends and fluctuations that may impact cash flows and deal valuation.

Leverage Excel skills to create financial models and develop dynamic applications.

Conduct interviews with client and target management to analyze quality of earnings (EBITDA), quality of assets, net working capital, and other financial results.

Candidates must have 2-3 years of previous Assurance (Audit) or relevant experience,

with

1-2 years direct Transaction Services experience in a CPA firm or related environment.
Experience working on manufacturing and distribution clients is desired.

Accounting undergraduate degree required.

CPA desired, NOT required

Up to 10% travel when/where necessary based on client need

Client service experience required

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Crowe, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $105,400.00 to $215,318.00.
