Mulliken Weiner Berg & Jolivet P.C. has an opening for a detail-oriented, experienced transactional paralegal to join our team!

Requirements/Qualifications

• MUST HAVE SOLID EXPERIENCE with real estate commission forms and contracts, title reviews, and commercial and residential real estate transactions from purchase and sale agreement to closing.


• MUST HAVE SOLID EXPERIENCE with corporate governance, business transactions, commercial contracts, and acquisitions and divestitures, including due diligence and closings.


• High level of efficiency with MSWord.


• High level of efficiency with Excel preferred.


• High level of efficiency with PDF Software.


• Minimum of 5 years of hands-on paralegal (not assistant) experience.


• Excellent references.


• Your salary requirement should be commensurate with your years of experience.


• Competencies include excellent and effective oral and written communication skills; strong interpersonal skills; excellent attention to detail and reasoning, and day-to-day decision-making skills; adaptability; understanding of general legal rules of ethical behavior; ability to work with little supervision; and overall professionalism.
