Job Summary
Loenbro is seeking a Transformation Manager to support enterprise-wide transformation initiatives across M&A, business operations, and technology enablement. This role provides day-to-day execution support for process improvement efforts, integration workstreams, and change initiatives led by the Transformation VP.


The Manager will play a hands-on role in current state assessment, documentation, analysis, and coordination, helping translate strategic direction into actionable steps. This position is ideal for a detail oriented problem solver who enjoys cross-functional collaboration and thrives in fast-moving, evolving environments.


 


Essential Job Responsibilities



  • Transformation Execution & Process Analysis

    • Conduct current-state process documentation and assessments across business and operational functions.

    • Capture workflows, handoffs, system touchpoints, and pain points using structured frameworks.

    • Support identification of improvement opportunities (standardization, simplification, automation, data flow enhancements).

    • Assist in developing future-state process designs and related documentation.

    • Prepare project plans, reports, and business case inputs for transformation initiatives.



  • M&A Integration Support

    • Support the VP in diligence and integration planning for acquisition targets.

    • Conduct baseline process and system assessments to identify gaps and risks.

    • Manage or co-manage defined integration workstream tasks in coordination with business and IT stakeholders.

    • Update and maintain integration templates, trackers, playbooks, and checklists.

    • Provide regular status reporting on workstream progress, issues, and dependencies.



  • Technology, Automation & Modernization Enablement

    • Partner with IT, Business Systems, and Analytics teams to:

    • Document business requirements for technology and data projects.

    • Identify areas for automation and process improvement.

    • Support application integration, rationalization, and reporting improvements.

    • Contribute to pilots and proofs of concept for automation or analytics initiatives.

    • Ensure technology changes are aligned with operational needs and adoption.



  • Change Management & Adoption Support

    • Help identify impacted users, processes, and training needs.

    • Support preparation of communications, training materials, and stakeholder updates.

    • Serve as a liaison between project teams and operations to gather feedback and escalate issues.

    • Track adoption and user feedback to support sustainable change.



  • Program & Stakeholder Coordination

    • Coordinate multiple transformation activities, ensuring clear tasks, deadlines, and follow ups.

    • Maintain project trackers, RAID logs, and meeting documentation.

    • Facilitate workshops and working sessions with stakeholders across Operations, IT, Finance, HR, and other functions.

    • Build strong relationships to support effective cross functional execution.




 


Minimum Qualifications


Required:



  • 4–7+ years of experience in business transformation, process improvement, operations, consulting, or technology enabled change.

  • Hands-on experience with process mapping, documentation, and analysis.

  • Exposure to M&A integration, system implementations, or operational change initiatives.

  • Strong analytical, organizational, and documentation skills.

  • Ability to interpret business needs and translate them into structured requirements.

  • Excellent communication skills and comfort working with multiple levels of the organization.

  • Ability to operate in a fast paced and ambiguous environment.


 


Preferred:



  • Experience in construction, industrial services, engineering, or field services.

  • Background in consulting or internal transformation/PMO roles.

  • Familiarity with ERP, project management tools, or enterprise systems.

  • Exposure to automation, workflow tools, or analytics initiatives.
