Transformer Winder

Description

3rd shift offers 10% shift differential. 

• Must be able to read and understand the winding data.
• Performs all necessary work to take data and make calculations for winding all sizes and types of transformer coils.
• Knowledgeable and experienced in the operation of all coil winding equipment.
• Demonstrates high level of proficiency in both quality and quantity of coils produced.
• Read, verify and understand bill of material (BOM)
• Load raw materials per data and set placement to begin the winding process
• Brazing and cold-welding processes.
• Read and understand micrometers from .001 to .075

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen, and physical.
• Complete a satisfactory nationwide criminal background check.

• High School Diploma or GED REQUIRED
• Training in a Technical discipline, trade school or electrical theory education preferred. 
• Military experience a plus. 
• 2 years minimum mechanical experience in an industrial workplace.
