Transition Program Manager
Arizona Autism Charter Schools (AZACS) is growing, and we invite you to apply to be part of our award-winning team! AZACS was awarded the 2023/2024 National Title I Distinguished School Award for Arizona and the 2022 YASS Prize for education innovation.
Under the direction of the Main Campus Director, the Transition Program Manager will collaborate with staff and parents to create robust transition programs for 18 to 22-year-old students enrolled in the Post-secondary Innovation and Entrepreneurial Training Center (PIECE) Program located within the Main Campus. This position will coordinate the transition classrooms and curriculum to maximize space and vocational learning opportunities. It will also ensure best-practice behavior analytic strategies throughout the transition program to ensure students are ready for post-high school options that help them become fulfilled, predictive citizens.

Positions in this class require stooping, crouching, reaching, standing, walking, fingering, grasping, feeling, talking, hearing, seeing, and repetitive motions.
Light Work:
Exerting up to 20 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 10 pounds of force frequently, and/or a negligible amount of force constantly to move objects.
Working Conditions:
Work is routinely performed in an indoor and outdoor classroom setting.
