Full-Time Transitional Kindergarten (TK) Teacher position available at our San Jose location!

Schedule: Monday- Friday, 8:30-5:30pm or 9am- 6pm.
Join our passionate team and help young learners thrive in our Transitional Kindergarten program—an exciting bridge between preschool and kindergarten. Our hands-on, experience-based curriculum builds confidence, collaboration, and a strong foundation in early academics. As a TK Teacher, you’ll spark curiosity, support social-emotional growth, and create joyful, memorable learning experiences that prepare children for lifelong success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead engaging, hands-on lessons that promote early literacy, math, and critical thinking.
• Support social-emotional growth through communication, cooperation, and self-awareness activities.
• Collaborate with Kindergarten staff to align curriculum and ensure a smooth transition.
• Foster a warm, organized classroom where children feel safe, curious, and inspired to learn.
• Build strong relationships with families through regular communication and progress updates.
• Create a positive, playful environment rooted in respect, exploration, and developmental best practices.

Compensation: $25-32/hour depending on individual experience, education and position requirements.

Our Ideal Candidate Will Come To Us With:

• 12 core ECE units Required
• Bachelor's Degree Required
• 2-3 years of teaching experience with preschool and/or elementary school aged students required
• A love and passion for working with young children
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• A reliable, can-do attitude with an eagerness to learn and grow
