What You’ll Do:

  Diagnose and perform specialized transmission repairs with efficiency and accuracy

  
  


• 
  

  Utilize Ford diagnostic tools and advanced service equipment

  
  


• 
  

  Execute repairs under warranty to manufacturer specifications

  
  


• 
  

  Collaborate with the Service Advisor to inform customers of needed repairs and estimated timelines

  
  


• 
  

  Test-drive vehicles to ensure proper functionality after service

  
  


• 
  

  Stay up-to-date with new Ford transmission technology and repair procedures

  
  

What We’re Looking For:

• 
  

  Ford Certified Transmission Technician

  
  


• 
  

  2+ years of experience as a Service Technician (Ford dealership experience preferred)

  
  


• 
  

  Expertise in diagnostics, electrical systems, and engine repair

  
  


• 
  

  Strong problem-solving skills and ability to operate electronic diagnostic equipment

  
  


• 
  

  Positive attitude, excellent communication skills, and a passion for learning

  Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
